Three weeks into the season and the only thing more chaotic than your fantasy team’s performance is the variance in the player’s card prices.
Our mission on The Hobby Waiver Wire remains simple: identify the arbitrage between elite fantasy output and underpriced, low-pop card supply. By cross-referencing Week 3 box scores with the Mantel Top 100 preseason data, we can spot the market inefficiencies before the rest of the hobby bids them up.
Here are the top target claims, plus one high-stakes spec play, to submit on the secondary market heading into Week 4.
Drake London, WR, Atlanta Falcons

The Falcons desperately needed a statement win to keep the fanbase from going full mutiny, and Drake London delivered in massive fashion. He torched the Packers’ secondary on Thursday night, hauling in 9 of his 10 targets for a staggering 194 receiving yards in a 35–14 blowout victory.
-
Card Prices: PSA 10 Silver Prizm pre-season price of $85, last sold $120.
-
The Verdict: London’s PSA 10 pop count sits at a modest 96. To get an unquestioned WR1 capable of nearly 200 receiving yards in a single game for under $100 in a gem-mint slab is unbelievable value. His market is primed for a multi-week run if Atlanta’s passing attack keeps clicking.
Kyren Williams, RB, Los Angeles Rams

The Rams may have dropped a tight 30–26 decision to Denver, but Kyren Williams played terrifically as a true dual-threat workhorse. He rushed 15 times for 88 yards while adding six receptions on seven targets for 70 receiving yards—racking up 158 total scrimmage yards.
-
Card Prices: He unfortunately did not have a true Prizm rookie, however he was prevalent in 2022 Select. His 2022 Select Prizm Silver PSA 10, pop 8, is currently listed on eBay for $115.
-
The Verdict: His true silver psa 10 rookie cards for any set are very hard to find. Williams is commanding elite, multi-down volume in a high-scoring offense, yet his flagship PSA 10 Silver Select Prizm trades for the price of a blaster box. If he has consistent fantasy performance this season, those cards won’t stick at that price long.
Brock Bowers, TE, Las Vegas Raiders

Making his season debut after minor knee surgery kept him out of the first two games, Bowers made an immediate statement. He led the Raiders in receptions, yards, and targets, catching 10 of 13 targets for 116 yards and grabbing the game-winning four-yard touchdown in a 35–27 win over New Orleans.
-
Card Prices: His market is all over the place. Pre-season he was selling consistently for around $150-$200 with this weeks most recent sale of his Prizm Silver PSA 10 going for $160. If you can score one in the $150 range, it wouldn’t be insane to think that could double if Raiders make the playoffs for the first time since 2021.
-
The Verdict: The Raiders are playing like a legitimate contender, and Bowers looks every bit the generational tight end he was hyped to be. While a $150 entry point is higher than others on this list, tight ends who act as the #1 target in an offense command serious long-term hobby premiums.
Jordan Addison, WR, Minnesota Vikings

With Justin Jefferson exiting in the first half due to an ankle injury, Addison stepped up as Minnesota’s de facto WR1. Jefferson is day-to-day but Addison’s performance showed he stepped up when it mattered most. He caught 5 of 9 targets for 90 yards, including a highlight-reel 41-yard touchdown catch in a 23–16 win at Tampa Bay.
-
Card Prices: His Prizm Silver Rookie PSA 10 was selling for $60 preseason and is now selling for under $40. He is a low risk investment at this point in the season.
-
The Verdict: Even if Jefferson returns quickly, head coach Kevin O’Connell’s offense relies heavily on Addison’s downfield threat. With a pop count of 258, his Silver Prizm PSA 10 sits at a very affordable $40, this could spike if he continues to see WR1-level target volume.
Michael Wilson, WR, Arizona Cardinals

Wilson was peppered with targets in Sunday’s loss to San Francisco, securing 11 of 17 targets for 89 yards and a touchdown. He has now amassed 31 targets through three weeks, establishing clear-cut chemistry with Jacoby Brissett as a high-volume short-to-intermediate option.
-
Card Prices: His very low pop Prizm Silver PSA 10 was selling for a meager $50 pre-season and is still hovering around that level
-
The Verdict: A wide receiver who commands 17 targets in a single game should not have a $50 flagship PSA 10 slab. Add in a tiny pop count of only 26 in gem-mint condition, and Wilson represents a fantastic low-cost sleeper pick.
Zay Flowers, WR, Baltimore Ravens

Flowers continues to battle a lingering hamstring issue, but when he is on the field, his efficiency is undeniable. He caught 5 of 6 targets for 84 yards and added a 20-yard rush in Baltimore’s 34–31 win over Dallas.
-
Card Prices: His card prices are climbing. Pre-season his Prizm Silver PSA 10 rookie was selling for $40, it’s now around $60 with one sale of $100. The card has a high pop count of over 600 so it should be possible to find a deal if you act fast.
-
The Verdict: Nagging injuries have kept Flowers’ card market artificially suppressed at $40-$60. Once he hits 100% health, his role as Lamar Jackson’s premier wideout will drive a price correction. Buying while the market is hesitant due to his injury status provides strong upside.
The Risky Upside Play: Michael Penix Jr., QB, Atlanta Falcons

Playing in his first full game action since Week 11 of last season, Penix started slow on Thursday before finding a groove, finishing 18 of 25 for 256 yards, one passing touchdown, one interception, and a two-point conversion in Atlanta’s 35–14 victory over Green Bay.
-
Card Prices: His Prizm Silver PSA 10s were selling for $160 just 10 days ago; recent recorded sales have touched $300.
-
The Verdict: High-risk, high-reward. Quarterback markets move faster than any other position in the hobby. If you can hunt down an auction or deal for under $250 before Week 4, it could prove to be a lucrative flip if he builds on his Week 3 performance.
