Another wild Sunday in the NFL means another week of opportunities in the card market. Injuries, returns, and breakout performances are reshaping collector interest just like fantasy football waiver wire pickups. If you’re quick, there’s still time to grab cards before prices move.

Here’s who to buy, who to sell, and who to stash after Week 3.
Category 1: The Breakouts
Mark Andrews (Remembered He’s Elite)
- Silver Prizm Rookie Autos Raw: ~$40
Andrews reminded everyone why he’s one of the NFL’s best tight ends with 2 touchdowns in Week 3. At just $40 for his Silver Prizm Rookie Autos, another big week could turn him into one of the easiest flips in the hobby.
Cam Skattebo (RB1 & Hobby Darling)
- Origins Rookie Patch Autos: up from $60 → ~$150
SKATTEBOOOO! Wow he’s fun to watch. The breakout RB went off with 121 total yards and a highlight reel TD. He looks firmly in control of the RB1 role, and his hard-nosed style makes him an extremely hobby-friendly player. Prices are climbing quickly, but the upside is still real if he keeps producing even if you didn’t grab him last week.@nfl_highlightz_ Giants got a steal with a BALLER like Cam Skattebo‼️ #nfl #giants #chiefs #camskattebo ♬ MVP – BashfortheWorld
Luther Burden III (Rookie Pop)
- 1st Bowman Refractor Autos: <$40
The rookie wideout put up 103 yards and a TD on just 5 catches against Dallas. At under $40 for his 1st Bowman autos, he’s a low-cost lottery ticket who could see major gains if consistency follows.
Category 2: The Good Bets
Jordan Love (Buy the Dip)
- Pre-season Silver Prizm PSA 10: $628
Love struggled last week, if you’re a Love collector you might have even been re-evaluating your life’s choices. Fear not though, his matchup against a Dallas defense that just gave up 450 yards to QB2 Russell Wilson could be the bounce-back collectors want. If you can find him near that pre-season $628 mark this week, it’s a solid value play.
Jordan Addison (Suspension Over, Value Low)
- Silver Prizm PSA 10: $40 pre-season
Addison is back from suspension and still priced at 8% of his teammate Justin Jefferson Silver PSA 10 Rookie price of $500. With 19 TDs in his first two years, he’s already shown his scoring upside. This feels like a clear buy-low window before possible production drives prices back up in this VERY pass friendly offense.
Category 3: The What-Ifs
Jonathan Taylor (RB1 Value Steal)
- Pre-season Silver Prizm PSA 10: $76
Three TDs, 102 rushing yards, and the Colts’ offense looks unstoppable. Taylor leads all RBs in fantasy points this season, yet his PSA 10 Silver still sits under $100. With Barkley priced at $350 pre-season, Taylor feels like the steal of the class if he stays healthy.
Christian McCaffrey (Healthy Again?)
- Pre-season Silver Prizm PSA 10: $131
Injuries have held down McCaffrey’s market for years, but Week 3 showed his old form with 140 total yards. He’s second in fantasy scoring among RBs despite not finding the end zone yet. If he finally puts together a full season of health, his market could spike.
Category 4: I Don’t Want to Touch That
Jaxson Dart (QB Shake-Up)
-
2022 1st Bowman Base Auto Raw: ~$100
Imagine you’re Russell Wilson: you throw for 450 yards in Week 2, you’ve got a Super Bowl ring, and then you’re benched for an unproven rookie in Week 4. Life comes at you fast. If you sold Wilson during last week’s bump, as we recommended, you dodged the fallout. Now the play comes down to Dart. He doesn’t yet have rookie autos (he’s Fanatics-exclusive), but his 2022 1st Bowman autos are moving around $100. Whether that’s a buy-low gamble or a sell-high hedge depends on how much faith you have in the rookie.
Bottom Line Strategy
- Breakout Buys: Mark Andrews, Cam Skattebo, and Luther Burden III are heating up fast.
- Buy the Dip: Jordan Love and Jordan Addison offer value plays if you believe in their upside.
- Running Back “What-Ifs”: Jonathan Taylor and Christian McCaffrey could both be massively underpriced if they stay healthy.
